The announcement of a new national lockdown beginning this week means that unfortunately we will have to close the museum to the public again after Wednesday 4th November. If government guidance allows we would hope to reopen on 3rd December as the lockdown ends.
We may be able to accommodate research visits to our reading room and you can email us for details. We will also be able to help with email enquiries.
We had very much enjoyed seeing those of you that had visited since September and we look forward to welcoming you again when we are able to reopen once more when the coronavirus situation improves.
