Interview with Disney artist Gordon Legg, discusses predominantly background work, his area of expertise. In particular 'The Pastoral Symphony' segment of 'Fantasia', Gustaf Tenngren's work on 'Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs', Eyvind Earle, stylisation and tapestry effects in 'Sleepiong Beauty', Walt's dislike of Ward Kimball's 'Toot, Whistle, Plunk and Boom'. Also Walt's shift from animation to Disneyland, the Xerox process and art style of '101 Dalmatians'. The design for the book at the opening and close of 'Snow White'. The use of colours and paints. The animation of Monstro the whale from 'Pinocchio', in charcoal then photographed onto a cel. Oskar Fischinger and his work with Cy Young on 'Fantasia'. Finally a section on Sam Armstrong and Walt's dislike of him, with allusions to his homosexuality. Incomplete, some pages missing.
